About Joe Coffee
Founded in 2003 by Jonathan Rubinstein with the vision to brew high-quality coffee and serve it with warm hospitality. The first cafe opened on the corner of Waverly Place and Gay Street in Greenwich Village, a family effort with Jonathan, his sister, and parents. Now over 20 cafes across NYC with their own roastery in Long Island City.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Committed to sourcing at least 80% of coffees from Rainforest Alliance certified producers, with seasonal rotation and direct relationships.
