How is my Coffee DNA calculated?
Everything runs in your browser. We tally the flavor tags, process, roast level, and origin across your picks, then match the dominant pattern to one of nine taste archetypes and score the rest of the database against that profile.
Do I need an account or is my data stored anywhere?
No account needed. Your picks live only in your browser and in the page URL if you share it — nothing is sent to a server.
How many coffees should I pick?
At least 3 for a meaningful profile; 5–8 tends to give the clearest archetype and the most accurate recommendations.
Can I share my result?
Yes — every result gets a shareable link that encodes your exact picks, plus a one-click share to X. Anyone who opens the link sees the same Coffee DNA.
