About
A premium Colombian decaf from La Union, Narino, in the diverse southwestern corner of Colombia. All coffees are fully washed, picked during the day, and pulped in the afternoon on individual farms. Decaffeinated at Descafecol in Manizales using the EA method with ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane molasses. Sweet, beautifully balanced, and surprisingly complex.
