From Finca La Colmenita ('The Beehive'), purchased by Francisco Cardona Martin in 2002. Located at 1850-2000 meters in the valleys of San Pedro Necta. Known affectionately as 'Chico Cardona,' Francisco invests nearly all profits back into the farm and is passionate about bees, which inspired the farm's name and provide a secondary honey income.
