A microlot coffee from the Waykan farm/mill in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. In the Maya Q'qnjobal dialect, 'waykan' means 'star, or light that shines in the sky at night'. The unique Tekisic variety gives this coffee great fruit and floral notes. Named after the song 'Ocelot' by Phish.
