About Night Swim Coffee
Night Swim Coffee was born in Charlotte, NC in 2021 through the merger of two pioneering operations: Not Just Coffee (founded 2011 by James and Miracle Yoder) and Undercurrent Coffee (founded 2018 by Todd and Erin Huber). The two couples met at the 2016 Atlanta Specialty Coffee Expo and discovered they lived just a mile apart.
