Originally called Panther's Eye Roasting Company, PERC was founded in 2010 by Philip Brown who started as a one-man operation delivering coffee by bike and backpack from a 350-square-foot rented space in Savannah. Over a decade later, PERC is Savannah's premier specialty coffee roaster.
