From the Guaya'b cooperative, whose name means 'mutual support' in the indigenous Mayan language Popti. Nearly all of the 600 members are of Maya descent. Formally established in 1998, the cooperative sells to the Fair Trade market since 2000. Syrupy chocolate with complex stone fruit accenting the cup.
