A washed Bourbon from Rwanda's Kanzu station, nestled in volcanic soil west of Lake Kivu. Cherry is depulped with a McKinnon disc pulper and dry-fermented for up to 18 hours, yielding rich exotic sweetness with complex caramelized sugars and stone fruits.
