About
Direct Trade from Nueva Vida Farm in Loja, Ecuador. A small-scale family operation run by Asdrubal, his daughter Mireya, and her husband Freddie. Asdrubal pays weekly wages rather than by cherry weight. Honey processed on raised covered beds: floated, fermented 70 hours in covered tanks, depulped without water, and dried for two weeks. PT's purchased the entire lot after Caravela first imported in 2022.
