About
From the Kiamugumo washing station in the buffer zone of Mount Kenya National Park, where about 1,500 smallholder farmers each tend roughly 1/8 hectare. Cherry is soaked in fermentation tanks for 12-24 hours, depulped with Kii River water, then dried on raised beds for 5-10 days.
