Vincent Iatesta came home from a Costa Rica farm trip in 2002 completely changed, started roasting out of his parents' garage in Annapolis, Maryland, and never looked back. Ceremony was leaning into lighter roast profiles early on and has grown into one of the biggest specialty coffee names on the East Coast, known for minimalist design and meticulous sourcing.
