About Ritual Coffee Roasters
Eileen Rinaldi founded Ritual in 2005 after a life-changing espresso at Seattle's Vivace inspired her to bring the specialty coffee revolution to San Francisco. The first cafe on Valencia Street became the city's first third-wave coffee shop, with lines down the block within three days. Today Ritual operates six cafes across San Francisco and Napa.
