Sourced from 7 family-owned farms in and around the small village of Belen Gualcho in the Honduran mountains. Discovered when local farmer Jesus Mata introduced his coffee to Alma's team. The high altitude of 1,700 meters produces denser, more complex beans with vibrant, complex cup characteristics.
