About
Edwin Sabillon inherited his 2.8-hectare plot in 2009 and began growing specialty coffee in 2018, motivated by his neighbors. After an extreme Roya attack killed his Catuai plants in 2011, he switched to Parainema. Processed at Beneficio San Vicente mill with the guidance of relationship manager Benjamin Paz.
