An exceptional Gesha from Eber Olivera Baltazra's small farm in the biodiverse Sierra Norte of Oaxaca. Cherries are selectively picked, fermented 24 hours in fruit, pulped, then tank-fermented 36 more hours before raised-bed drying for 10-15 days. This marks one of the first times Eber's award-winning coffee has been available outside Mexico.
