Named after the Andean tapir, La Danta is a vibrant regional blend from 74 smallholder producers in the highlands of Jaen, Cajamarca, Peru, grown at 1500-1850 meters. The aromatics are intensely sweet and chocolaty with milk chocolate mid-tones joined by dark fruit notes like plum and cherry, wrapped around maple syrup sweetness.
