From Juan Benitez, who started his coffee farming journey in 1998 after years of trading labor for housing. Grown at 1,650 meters in the Cielito, Santa Barbara region, this washed Pacas exhibits bright tropical notes of pineapple and candied orange with a smooth custard-like sweetness.
