A double-washed lot from the Gura Factory along the Gura River in Nyeri County, receiving cherries from approximately 500 smallholders at the foothills of Mount Kenya. Two fermentation stages and extensive rinsing yield sparkling, clean acidity with guava and kumquat notes.
