About Canyon Coffee
Founded in 2016 by couple Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz in their Beachwood Canyon apartment in Los Angeles. They started serving at neighborhood pop-ups before expanding wholesale. Opened their first cafe in Echo Park in 2022. Inspired by a visit to Georgia O'Keeffe's Abiquiu, New Mexico home. Roasts on a Loring S35 Kestrel.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Certified organic sourcing with focus on regenerative agriculture. Builds direct relationships with producers in Latin America and Africa. All coffees are USDA Organic certified.
