About Klatch Coffee
In 1993, Mike Perry and his wife Cindy opened their first coffee house in Rancho Cucamonga at the site of a former winery on historic Route 66. Mike was studying biochemical engineering while raising two daughters, and the couple started going to coffee shops for date nights. Cindy remembered her grandma's 'coffee klatch' gatherings and the name stuck. Klatch won the 2009 Micro Roaster of the Year award and holds the only espresso awarded 'Best Espresso in the World' at the World Barista Championships.
Sourcing & Philosophy
Direct trade partnerships worldwide. Mike Perry personally cups coffee from over 120 farms annually to select beans. Known for long-term producer relationships spanning nearly 20 years.
