From Finca San Jose de las Nubes, a small family-owned farm in the cloud forest of Matagalpa and Jinotega. Owner Bayardo Reyes' grandfather established a coffee farm in the mountains in the 1920s. The Maragogipe variety is fermented in anaerobic barrels for 84 hours, sun-dried for 24 hours, and finished with careful tunnel drying for up to 28 days. Nossa Familia's relationship with this farm dates back to 2012.
