About
From the Ayele Tulu Washing Station, sourcing from 300 smallholders in Sidama. Ayele Tulu started the business after a 45-year career in Awassa, establishing a washing station in his ancestral home in Bona Zuria. Cherries pulped with Agard disc pulper, fermented 12-18 hours, fully washed, then dried under shade on raised beds for 14-21 days.
