About
The Aguirre family of Finca El Injerto have been partnering with Stumptown since 2003, producing some of Guatemala's highest-quality coffees. More than half the land is protected forest, the largest in Huehuetenango. In 2017, El Injerto became the first Guatemalan farm to obtain Carbon Neutral Certification, with solar panels installed in 2019.
