About
From the Gedeb district of Ethiopia, the southernmost area of the Gedeo zone. Located between 1,900 and 2,200 metres, Banko Gotiti benefits from slow cherry maturation that contributes to dense beans and expressive flavor development. Smallholder farmers bring ripe cherries to the Gotiti station, where they are carefully sorted and dried whole on raised beds for two to four weeks.
