From the Cordillera Apaneca-Ilamatepec, a mountain range in western El Salvador known as the 'golden coffee belt' and the first region to cultivate coffee in El Salvador. This relatively wet region produces distinct coffees with gentle acidity and memorable sweetness. Roasted darker for espresso preparation, highlighting rich chocolate and toffee character.
