From Jaime Cardenas's award-winning micro-mill in Lourdes de Naranjo, Costa Rica. Cardenas won the Cup of Excellence competition in his first year of production. The coffee is processed using the red honeying method, where mucilage is left on during drying to enhance the fruit's sugars, producing a complex and delicious cup.
