About Temple Coffee Roasters

After returning from a lengthy stay in Indonesia, Sean Kohmescher opened the first Temple Coffee house in 2005 with a dream of creating a community gathering place inspired by the temples he visited during his travels. He sold his rare 1948 Harley and 1958 VW Beetle to fund the first shop on 10th Street in downtown Sacramento.
