From Finca El Socorro, produced by Juan Diego de la Cerda. Maracaturra is an uncommon hybrid of giant Maragogype and sweet Caturra. Grown at 1,753 MASL with washed processing on-site. Finca El Socorro is a model of sustainability: river water for the wet mill, solar panels for electricity. Four First Place finishes in Guatemala Cup of Excellence since 2007.
