Alma ('soul') is a regional blend of coffees from small producers in Huehuetenango and Nuevo Oriente, selected by Guatemala-based Onyx Coffee for consistency. Depulped, washed, and fermented for 24 hours before drying on concrete patios for 9 days. Onyx donates $0.05 per pound to Habitat for Humanity Guatemala's Smokeless Stove Program.
